Gee Ponti, I'm trying hard to understand your post here...

I think Mike has already asked a question regarding your interpretation of what constitutes the small naked short positions held by the MM's.

My question revolves around your comment; "a reverse merger has zero impact on long or short positions." I would think that if the MM's have a small naked short position in BLDV, there should be no accounting problems during a reverse merger. Right?

So, what happens if the MM's have a large naked short position, let's say 100 million NSS of BLDV? How is a large naked short postion treated during the process of a reverse merger? How does this affect the share price?

And Ponti, do be specific.
