Jerry: Is it something good, or bad?

OT: I can't understand why the dollar has rallied 10% in the last month (other than I'm short the dollar as of July 15) based on fundamentals?

I mean the Gob'ment is taking on all of this debt and risk and they have to print more money to do it. That should make the dollar even more saddled by bad debt and fiscal irresponsibility. Why should the dollar go higher? And be very strong to boot? I must be a retard!
