The mms are a small blip compared to the cd holders. Raley failed, up till now, to buy them out so they are punishing the company. The choice is either Raley buys them out or they take over. Raley does not want to buy them out or can't because he wants to grow the company. His not being aggresive in buying them out means they are taking over. It may be to late now.
