Yes, and I think the current method of informing us leads to a bit more credibility for CCMJ than say some other LOI PR'd mergers in the pink world. Take for example, Grifco and their run from it seems... low teen pennies to over two dollars a share after a Letter of Intent to be merged/bought by another company came out a few years ago (correct me if I'm wrong). The insiders benefitted heavily on that one and it's now in the trip Z's. So, I think since we haven't already gotten a LOI is a bit comforting to the legitimacy of the situation. This is just my opinion on the matter. They had many opportunities here thus far to P and D this to big flash in the pan run up run down the stock. They seem to be waiting until all their duck are in a row.
