Not sure if this has been posted. A lot of talk this morning and we are down again....

I just got a response from Raley:

Universal Energy Corp. continues to be an outstanding company with tremendous
growth in production, revenues and earnings. It is unfortunate that some people
have chosen to take advantage of the debenture conversions by shorting the
stock. I understand that it is their “job”, but it only benefits them while
hurting the company and its stockholders.

Universal Energy will continue to do everything possible to enhance shareholder
value. The company received a majority approval of all items on the proxy and
this will help position the company better in the future.
