In the next qtr, if the new company booked sales how's is it going to be reflected in SPZI finacials.
When the new company makes a sale do they purchase the product from SPZI and then resells it or does the new company make all sales and then how does the revenue move back to us (SPZI).
I know it a fully owned sub... just want to know how it affects SPZI ballance sheet. Has nothing to do with tipping your hand just the structure of the new companies thats all.
