FNM at 1$ seems imo to be the fair value remaining in the hope in 1 and 1/2 year. The new managment can bring the co to profit. And then Only maybe we can merge the new shares issues to the old common shares by giving it the same right as new shares with divi etc...
In meantime the old common shares power are locked ! the old stakeholders have no voice untill then.
