The bottom line is that this stock had it's run, in fact it had three of them last Spring. Since then it's been in a downward spiral and I have no doubt it will be at sub-penny soon.

Clayton is just either totally incompetent or a crook take your pick.

I'm out of this stock for good. After 2 years of this BS I have to pull the plug on FGFC/NCFC/UHCR/UDHC.
