I think it's very important as a shareholder to find out if the new companies go public or an IPO... what is our percentage. What's our percentage of sales if all sales are thru the new company?
1)If sales does happen who books the revenues?
2)Does SPZI book the revenue or the new companies?
3)If the new companies book sales, how do we get credit for sales.
4)Whats our percentage of sales and what does (SPZI)book when we generate QTR financials?
5) Are we now just a holding company and if SPZI spins off these companies how does that affect us shareholders what percentage do we own.
