It has already been SUICIDE!!!!!!!!! Don't you get it? Most of us here are down 80+%!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tom's own SEC filing states DILUTION will be MUCH MORE MASSIVE than before. Did you not read that? You keep saying TOM will deliver but so far for the last several months only friends and family have benefited. Don't you get it!!?? He is an EX broker. He knows exactly how to screw the common shareholder. BTW, you have never answered why LYING TOM or Directors do not own ANY common shares?? If this was such a great deal now and Tom had a great "secret" plan, wouldn't insiders be buying it up like crazy? Why isn't that happening? Let me give you the answer: Insiders KNOW there will be a Reverse and then DILUTION DILUTION DILUTION and pps will AGAIN go DOWN DOWN DOWN. History WILL repeat itself!!! THIS IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE!!!
