Peter, Thanks for the update....I look forward to meeting your bride someday....Any plans for starting a family yet? Interesting stuff on oil, dollar etc which you just posted. The hardest part of this last year has been trying to stay OUT of the markets. I suspect we are about done going down but i dont expect a big V turn up. 7th Nevada bank just failed and many big construction projects in LV have been flat out stopped in their tracks...No improvement in real estate sales here that i can spot....good buys on foreclosures but banks not eager to loan....What a mess! jn
