Has anybody here already checked www.failstodeliver.com for UVSE?? There are millions of shares failed to deliver on every traiding day since mid of June. The more price declines the more shares are failed to deliver! I'm not sure but most of them might be naked short at the moment. I realy wonder that the SEC doesn't interfere. There is something wrong in the market! Market needs much more regulation imo.
