13K shares isn't "a whole bunch of sells" this is MM's taking the price down to make the market. This is what they do, they are trying create buy and sell interest in this stock. Consider this much like Investors Purgatory, with the PPS too high for traditional penny stock traders, and a little too low for the nasdaq daytraders, coupled with a stubborn group of LONGS (lol). We'll most likely trade in this range until the first announcement of contracts/revenues or LTC IPO, in which we'll shoot between 50 and 100% gain on that day, and then slow and steady to $30. Just have to wait it out at this point, and slowly accumulate as if its a savings account( at least thats what I'm doing) ~1step
