No the website we see now is not a revamp. it's a joke...a bad one.
Read again the parts of the PR:

This piece will form a solid piece of the company's future marketing coupled with the re-vamped website which is scheduled to be available around the same time as the Eye On America launch. RCC continues to support RCC/IWS during this critical period and is happy for the positive movement upward during these difficult times.

I am drawn to this paragraph in its whole context. Do you read something else into it then??
