Ming - RE: the newsletter - Maybe the first question should be "When is the newsletter going to be sent out?"...sent first prior to the other questions. Inform DNAP of the work on the question list and state knowing when the newsletter will be sent out be helpful to eliminate many questions at the meeting.

Like you said, the newsletter may answer quite a number of the questions and DNAP won't have to spend unnecessary time answering them again.

Of course if the newsletter comes after the meeting, a list of questions is appropriate for the meeting.
