IF such an increase is the result of shares joining the float then it must have been going on for some time at the very low volumes we have been seeing.
ON THE OTHER HAND if the shares have NOT entered the float, then they have been issued to entities via channels not reported to the public. Perhaps gifted to management, perhaps given to Dutchess, who knows? Since there are no longer any SEC filings they are free to do what they like completely unchallenged.
If sold to the market the resulting revenue would amount to about $200K. That might explain how the management salaries are still getting paid.
