confirmed by who ? Shareholders !!! this is not the role of shareholders to provide that kind of informations to the public .

Did the company post any PR I wouldn't know ?

Did you receive any official communications by the company ?.

Let them explain this by them self to shareholders .

I am sure that since anyone know about this we will see a PR on monday .

The problem is that it was looking more honnest to post a PR regarding what the company did on the shares structure before it happen .

To give the choice to shareholders to move out or not .

Now again this is my personaly view .
