I am looking at it in this manner, Today we saw dilution from the company, even though it does not make sense because all they had to do was to release their 10 Q , let the price rise , dilute and release a revised 10Q. At any rate I do look at this as good news as they are now diluting and will have a 10Q showing lower shares outstanding for roughly 2 months. The one thing that does bother me is the difficulty in finding any fillings for UPDV OR UPDVE. I know they are out there but OTC and Pinksheet have no listing for either symbole.
