LOL, COPI is spending 3 million dollars CASH each year!
Maybe they run out of cash, before Christmas, and can't even
pay back that latest debenture, thats over-due, in November ,
THIS YEAR, in 2008 , which is only 62 Days Away !

By the way, THE NEW + LAST ONE IS DUE IN NOVEMBER 2008.
