AUTHORIZED SHARES INCREASED ON 4 SEP 08 TO 500,000,000 !

What is the effect of this move and why? pl. someone explain?
A bit new to the game and getting nervous after raeding some of the posts? Are we going to swim with this stock? I problem is the board has a combination of thoughts negative/positive?

Also raed s'thing about Nevada listing... not paid.. please can s'one take the trouble of telling me! Appreciate.
