That is good to keep in mind! The insiders have so much pull, I bet they are picking up these shares cheap. They wouldnt want their stock to tank much further since they have so much invested in the company already. ("majority-owned by the insiders.") They can get even more out of it than what they have by expanding on their current positions and riding the train up!
Wouldnt you do the same if you were an insider?
