going back up

last .0235. I love the way the MM's swing trade this. By the way, as of about a month ago, I can no longer buy blln online, I have to call it in. I am in canada, TD is my broker. I can sell online, but not buy. Also since that time, orders take a lot longer to go through, even once the order is placed it's not as immediate as it used to be. Not
sure if anyone else on the US side is now forced call in their' buys.
