Hey Long and all

First I want to apologize Long, you do a great job at keeping this GNPH hub humming.

Later yesterday I talked with Crocker and he said there is no SEC requirement to inform shareholders about a RS. He's real excited about being able to sell the company to institutional investors now. Overall he thinks its a great move by the company.

I have to agree. Now if they can just follow through with what they have promised. Elsa said the road show would start right after the 10K and conference call. We'll see.

I now have the GNPH shares in my Ameritrade account. I have a wopping 10312 shares. My ave is 9.87

This certainly puts GNPH in a whole new class of stocks.
