4) It's good for mergers and aquisitions if those mergers and aquisitions support enough growth to offset the devaluation that's done via the increase in supply. Have you seen real evidence that these mergers and aquisitions can do that? PR's by salesmen don't cut it.

What was the share price before A/S was increased? It was waayyy below penny with O/S 450 million, right?
Then the price peaked and ramped up, why is it necessary that the price plummet if the company increase A/S? It does not necessarily plummet IMO!
If the buyout occurred and whenever merger occurs, the PPS should be in double digit penny range. No need for concern IMO.
