I`m not saying anything bad about CLYWs patent but you can get a patent for almost everything. if you change usage a bit from an existing patent you can get a new one. it is also no such thing as a global patent, so if you claim patent in US or Norway you can`t be 100% sure that no one has filed the same patent in India.
