Mikey keeps saying there will not be a Reverse Split.

I think that's double talk.

He could Reverse Merge with another company and do the same thing as a Reverse Split. The shares would indeed be retired, without a Reverse Split, but it is exactly the same thing.

The current shareholders end up with almost nothing.
