How does it not make sense?

Nashville Records is incorporated in the state of Nevada. Companies are required to update their corporate listing upon material changes to the corporation. This includes the listing of current officers. The officers last week were Gene Sibbett, Terri Sibbett, and John Taylor. As of yesterday, they changed to David Fleming and Mark Szporka.

I'll leave it up to you to decide what that means, but I'm thinking these are the Trimark investors. (( agree ))
