3) A rejuvenated satellite services division that has just secured a 12 order sale with the prospects for another 33 system completion contract as mentioned in the 5Sep08 PR.
4) Settlement or refile of the lawsuit against Hallwood scheduled for 30Sep08.
5) Settlement/Trial of the wholly owned Blast subsidiary EDDO's lawsuit against Quiucksilver Resources (nyse:KWK). Nominal value quoted in Court documents projected to be at least $15M. Slated for trial in Dec08 with no further delays expected.
