Here is what Steve and I discussed:
In summation...
They were very discouraged with the shorts (as we were also)...we all knew that. He mentioned that they (shorts) had there stake pretty early in the game and controlled a lot of the activity as of late. He also brought up that 3 days before the 10K and 5 days after, Spongetech's hands were tied (which we knew). Tomorrow is the 6th day. He said the shorts will be scrambling beginning tomorrow. They are ready to begin burying the shorts. He says GET READY TOMORROW. Take it for what you will.
Positive PR will begin coming tomorrow ( He mentioned by 11:15, I would assume Eastern), probably will only mention that the buyback will start tomorrow as well...and over the next few weeks more PRs to discuss...Buyback, New Deals, and Upcoming estimated Financials.
I asked about capacity and how they plan on keeping up with production...He says no worries. They are only running 6 hours a day, 4 days a week. He says its only molds, lol. If we start to push capacity at anytime in the future, we just start (purchase) another assembly line. But they are not needing that, running at less then 50% capacity currently.
He would not discuss the deals, only to say that we would be pleased as they will continue to branch out and build brand recognition across the country. ;)
They are extremely satisfied where things are headed and wish us the best as they return higher and higher earnings quarter after quarter looking forward.
Steves response to my email was " Call me i can review what spongetech is doing"
He provided his cell phone number (which I will not give out) and asked me to call directly...and was just leaving the office at 8:00 eastern. You tell me that there no hard workers and open and honest. Cell phone numbers and late hours. Awesome.
I told Steve that I have a group of investors that I counsult daily that has a lot of interest in the future of Spongetech. You all are that group. GLTA and we will see a brighter future beginning tomorrow.
Based on the conversation, he left me with an extremely positive outlook both on current PPS and future PPS. Take it for what its worth... We will know tomorrow the trustworthiness of this company if the PR does come out.
