That sounds about right.

EPS estimates are difficult to apply to a start up. If you were try, you'd need earnings, i.e. profits. Imagine $1M in annual profits and 5 billion shares; then earnings/share would be $0.0002. If you applied a reasonable multiple of 10 to that, you'd have a pps of $0.002

But imagine the number of units they'd have to sell per year in order to generate $1M in profits. And imagine all of the dilution that is going to take place between now and +$1M/year.

I agree with Aussie--if they fired Holmes and promised to do everything in their power to make it on their own as a real business (i.e. minimize dilution), then we could have some hope of recovering our money and even getting a return on it. If business as usual doesn't change radically, we're screwed.
