noshorts, re. the future disposition of shares in escrow, the Company's statement is a legal caveat of the possible disposition of the escrow shares after the scheduled payments in 2010. Because these are future payments the Company can not guarantee them.
The statement in reference is standard legal jargon for such agreements.
