Are you serious?

Anyway, even if there is a reverse split, it doesn't change the fundamentals. If someone owns 1% of the outstanding stock, and a reverse split occurs, they still own 1% of the outstanding stock. The fundamental value does not change. This is a non-issue. Why some people in the stock discussion boards use this as a scare tactic, is beyond me.

That is almost the exact phrasing used by the apologists to rationalize the LAST reverse split. In THAT instance the Outstanding share count was reduced by 95 percent but the Authorized share count remained the same. In a matter of months the pps was diluted to a level lower than the pre RS price. EVERYONE who experienced the event lost 95 percent of their investment. EVERYONE.

As a point in fact you now own more shares in this company than the entire investment community owned in DNAG immediately after the last reverse split. Their 1.2 Billion shares were reduced to 61 million overnight. That amount is currently less than one percent of the current OS. Anyone who has held shares since that time has lost over 99% of their investment. To suggest that such an event is a non-issue, rubs salt in the wounds of every long term investor here.

Please, please, please make yourself familiar with the history and the filings of this company going back more than a few months. You seem to think that the readers here are not familiar with the history of this company when in fact they have already forgotten more about this company than you know.
