...seem tobe the hot ticket items. It appears that the amended claims consistently point to a remote server in the underscored terminology, but we don't know whether there was a continuation sheet attached to the ReExam Summary or if one was was even filed at all, late alone at a later date. Anjan K. Debb did indicate however that they were going to take the resubmission under review with the other examiners, so no formal action was rendered on 08/19 that I can see. With that said, I'm a civil engineer, not a patent attorney. Subsequently, this is like greek to me, so I'll defer to the professionals in this field.
