OT................Reading the controversy on Agoracom(about posting information) is interesting, to say the least.....
I started sevaral years ago, reading, and posting on Raging Bull, which was(is) the Wild West of pink sheet stock boards.....Raging Bull makes anything on Ihub, Agoracom, TCC, Stockhouse look like a Sunday picnic!.....Raging Bull's answer to "cleaning" things up was to allow the setting up of "member" forums....You had to be invited to join the forum, and it was a cordial place to discuss the stock- The only problem was, nobody made any money!....The member forums were like small "cults".....In my opinion, you want as much information out there, reaching as many people as possible, to generate interest in a company and it's stock....There are other vehicles to send "private messages" etc, to talk to other members, privately, if you need to.....On Ihub, for example, you can read every post without ever being a paying member- (but you have limited posting priveleges, and you cannot send PM's)....In other words, Ihub does not use "witholding" information as a tool to generate memberships....I am not criticizing other boards, it's just the way it is....
