On paper that is true enough. However, the company will instead change the fundamentals i.e., the Authorized will NOT change when the R/S is approved allowing them to continue printing shares. {I'm not commenting on DNAG per se as I haven't follow recent developments here} Companies that rely on sales of shares for their existence and to fund their day-to-day operations employ this tactic continuously I'm afraid. Think Raven Moon...
