Just had a long talk with Elsa Sung, she's back in Florida.

She said the board has been working on the RS for awhile now the 40 to 1 was set in August. Won't say when uplist will happen only as soon as possible. 10K due buy Sept 30 but hoping to get it out sooner. Quote "sooner" is more like it.

Well shares are trading, let's see where this baby falls or rises.
