I don't know it all crazy with this court stuff. Example, I think it was Mattel sued another company for making a doll that was to close to the barbi doll... the other company lost in the courts and the judgment was for millions... anyway the other company is appealing but they are still making and selling the dolls.

Guess what I’m saying SPOOZ owns the code and these guys stole it…fine we take them to court, but why SPOOZ could not continue to use or market SWARM while this is in the courts. Anybody knows, because it makes absolutely no sense to me. They own the product… the suit should have no bearing on why they cannot use it.
