He repeated that he does not understand how the TA can be saying 38 Million. He repeated that the FLOAT numbers he put in his PR was correct. He needs to get some other items complete but PROMISED the share issue is critical as he is giving SNV shares to people and they do not want shares to be worth .02.

He has some LARGE plans for this company and if true will make .02 become 2.00. If not, OH WELL

I have decided that I will give him the time he needs to fix the share issue. He will release that when he reduces the AS due to the SNV distribution
