The good thing about oil wells and ore mines is that once production starts, the cash flow is constant and the more that is produced the less the costs of production per barrel of oil or silver stc. This stock has floudered because of a liquidity problem as it strives to pay for the mining equipment, surveys, etc. OOnce production is in place, this stock will look a lot heathier financially and that is sure to be reflected in the price. It would not be surprising to see a upward movement as this news gets ready to be released.
