I am in this for the long haul too. However, I just wanted to make sure everything goes through a R/S. I was watching one pink earlier this year and they did a R/S of the common stock, but not the restricted stock. Thus the little guy, common share holder, got screwed by that company. I did not think GTEC would do this, because they are thinking of uplisting; but I am trying to do my DD here since I have not been trading for years and know all the ins and outs.
