This ratio is was invented by Bill Luby at the blog vix and more.

Its still fairly new but its peaks and lows, so far, seem to correspond very well with major lows and highs in the market.

To that end it hit a major low a few weeks ago.

You CAN time the market!

But only after you trash the big 3 myths.

Myth 1 - its possible to get every point of every move
...Myth 2 - you'll never have a drawdown
