I'm not confusing your point of view, I know how you feel. I understand that there was one of the CD holders that cashed out right away but it was my understanding that he cashed out completely so he's not an issue any longer. Is there another holder that is impatient as well?? If that's the case this is new to me.

"Sort of" is such a harmless thing to say. "Sort of". It's just a filler. "Sort of" - It doesn't really mean anything. But after certain things, "sort of" means everything. Like after "I love you" or "You're going to live" or "It's a boy".
