That would be ideal and I wouldn't be surprised to see that at all.

But, at the very least, if the CD holders do as planned and hold out for higher levels before they convert it will take MUCH less shares to satisfy their needs. It's a win, win for both sides. The company doesn't have to issue as many new shares, and the CD holders get a better return on their investment.

Either way is fine with me but I would prefer to see the deal get restructured and have the company secure financing so they can just pay off the CD holders and issue no shares.

"Sort of" is such a harmless thing to say. "Sort of". It's just a filler. "Sort of" - It doesn't really mean anything. But after certain things, "sort of" means everything. Like after "I love you" or "You're going to live" or "It's a boy".
