I have no clue, I thought it was an electronic posting, so if recieved before 5:30 it automatically posted for that day, else it would post in the morning. But then again, I haven't spent enough time around penny stocks and A/S increases, not sure if it takes longer due to registration for the new shares to be authorised. I guess we'll see what happens over the next few days, in the mean time life goes on, and the MM's keep doing their thing. Would be nice to see a change in the usual trading pattern of up in the morning, then down most of the day, then a quick jump back up in the last 1/2 hour of the day. Seen it now 6 out of the last 7 days.
