IMO, there is no possible way that the A/S vote did not pass. For those of us that were actually around from the first few days of July; then you will remember the massive amount of shares being scooped up - I really don't beleive those shares were being bought by the you's and me's of the trader/investor realm. Those shares were being bought by friends, family, etc. to insure that the vote went the company's way.
