LOL The first I recall of elections was in the summer of 1976, they blanketed all three t-v channels. Mom kept saying, "I'll be glad when this is over for four more years", while I was thinking, "I hope we NEVER have to do this again". This political machine is being crammed further and further down our throats every time around, and as I grow older I realize probably 75% of the people actually believe they can make a difference by voting. And the rest of them do it out of peer pressure knowing their vote won't count, even if it's not lost or misunderstood. And for the most part, 2/3 of the counrty is pissed off with whoever's running the show at any given time, anyway. Choose the lesser of two evils? I say we put them both into office, so one can keep an eye on the other. Or have a popular vote where we actually get to pick who we want, and not who the two parties narrow it down to.
IMO, the elections are rigged worse than the stock market.
