If you want to know what I now think about chinese otcbb stocks in general, read Penny Lane's posts. I think he has it nailed. These companies in general aren't any different than the Russia, biotech, mining scams of the past (literally, if you look at the typical shell's history). Even the uplisted ones are frequently just crap covered in sugar.

Randy, as a fellow former shareholder of GTEC, the article on CFSG tells a story that is remarkably similar to GTEC's. I hope those still in GTEC make some dough but I can not in good conscience hold that stock anymore and I'd advise everyone considering these chinese otcbb companies to really do an extra layer of DD and DIVERSIFY.
