I've read the pr's, i've read the 8K's and here's what I come up with

extraordinary divy is

the bouse deal(VALUED at $388mil) PLUS the coppestone deal(VALUED at $257mil) EQUALS the extraordinary divy(VALUED at $645mil or .0231/share FFGO) which will be paid in restricted shares of HURASU

cash divy is

$.00051/share of FFGO IF they sell their HGLC holdins at $.03
