A little bit of history. Jurisper will remember some of this. Jack Burney is/was a member of TPK's CEO Council. Burney has defended and/or acted as an IR rep for quite a few OTCBB's (some of them questionable). In one of Burney's articles (copy below) he listed my alias along with EVEN and Latitude as "suspected paid bashers" associated with Cambio (now TLXX). As a point of reference, I plastered all of the Alan Wolfson articles that I dug up on the CAMB board (TLXX) in mid to late May 2000. Wolfson was arrested as part of that government "mafia sting" in June 14, 2000. Enjoy!

Investor Forum: Suspected Paid Bashers On CAMB, EISQ

Investor Scott Zins points "to a group of bashers that I believe, along with a few others, are in fact working for MMs or possibly MMs themselves.

"I have been investing on the OTC for more then 5 years," writes Zins, "recently within the last year more frequently. In two particular stocks that I own. I have seen bashers that seem to possess information that beyond scope of the normal investor which has lead me to believe they either have inside information from an MM or they are themselves MMs.

"The stocks in particular are CAMB and EISQ and the most notable basher on Raging Bull boards of these two stocks uses the handle EVEN. Even the name suggests he/she is an MM. Possibly one who was selling short on these stocks and got caught in heavy buying pressure. This is only my guess. Poetic justice?

"I have followed this individual’s posts for some time and have noted that he posts with very timely information on many stocks within a day’s time. Usually, his posts are directed with questions and allegations of misconduct or misleading questions. These questions are raised to cause doubt in the investor’s mind. The accusations are never founded, but are at best suspicions concerning CEOs or other company officers.

"The frequency of this individual’s posts are to be noted as well. Over a period of 290 days, he has posted approximately 4,312 messages, an average of 14 posts per day, and as many as 40 or more on some days. Not only on these two stocks but as many as 10 in one day. The information alone is staggering as to how one individual could research and follow that many stocks and have specific, timely information to question.

"Others that follow this individual are Latitude1 and Alydyr. Although I have not found specific posts, others have claimed that they will signal each to go to another board. Possibly to attack as a group. Note also they address each other and support each other’s views. I have the three suddenly show up on a board and attack as a group. I believe they use other alias also, but I haven't been able to verify that.

"One thing about these individuals EVEN, Latitude1 and Arydyr, they are very arrogant about their knowledge, almost above reproach. Arrogance always has a way of tripping over itself. My gut says... inside MM activity.

Writer’s Comment: One wonders how someone would have time to post 40 bashings a day unless it was his job, and he was being paid to do it. There’s nothing casual about the bashers. They act in concert and obviously by plan. But the more they are exposed, the less effective will their venom be.
