Its kinda like owning a Expedition, not being able to afford gas and not making enough money to make your high interest payments, then coming home and telling your wife your going to buy a couple Mercedes by the end of the year in addition to the Expedition. Honey we can refinance the house at higher interest and higher payments, I know we cant afford them now and they will get higher but we also can sell half of our house or individual bedrooms,,,I would not get excited over an aquisition when we barely pay the bills now,,,not what COPI needs, another leak in the finances!
